I fucking love the Oscars. I don’t always watch all of the movies that are up for nominations. In fact, I probably watch closer to 10% of the movies/stuff related to the particular movie. What it comes down to, is that I love picking out what I think is the best. Like picking out your favorite dress out of a page sequence in a People magazine. Also, drinking and having snacks rocks, so it is a great reason to have a party. I only like to pick out the main areas for what I think will win; best actor/actress and supporting peeps, etc. The other areas are filled in with more drinking and snacks. It’s a win/win situation.
p.s. I can’t wait to see Franco and Hathaway be attractive together.

Currently speaking, that was a wonderful girls night!
I started a new job at a Montessori school at the beginning of this month. It is in Lake Oswego. Although this is not my first pick for a job location, I am so happy with the new school environment, so it doesn’t really matter that it is in L.O.
This is my second time at a coffee shop in Lake Oswego. Awesomely, it is also a wine bar. On Thursdays, my bf uses the car to get to his second gig, so I kindly take the bus home and hang out at the coffee/wine bar for an hour and a half. At first I thought it would be lame to hang out here, just for the sure reason that it is in L.O. But it is actually quite awesome. The coffee section is L-shaped with a cushy bench and soft pillows. It smells like bacon. And I just looked up to see 3 men sitting in the wine section sampling wine (it is 10:40 am) Is this how people role in L.O.?
